Question: What Stretches do you guys do?
Answer: We got a set of stretches that the team does. But individuals have different preferences. Chris says "I start with legs and move up to my arms and then I go back and stretch my legs again just to be sure".
Question: Do you guys like the Flex or Hard Masks?
Answer: Some of us prefer the Pro Flex 7 from JT that has some great flex to it. Some others like the Flex 8 which doesn't really have much Flex to it yet it offers great ear and cheek protection. Either of those two masks are great choices.
Question: What Kind of Lenses do you use?Answer: Clear Thermal JT lenses. If your playing in intense sunlight the Smoke Thermal JT lenses is better. You must have both in your gear bag.
Question: Do you guys use Jockstraps?Answer: No jockstraps. But JT Slider Shorts have a insert that protects most of you. Some of us put in a couple of inserts to make sure everything is protected. Drew puts in half an insert. Make sure you protect that area or you will be sorry later.

Question: Co2 or HPA: which do you use and why?
Answer: HPA - Fills can't go wrong (not filling enough), gauge helps u know how much u have, weather doesn't affect output, easier to fill.
Question: Is sliding really necessary?
Answer: Sliding is great. They should install slip n' slide at all bunkers. Of course playing paintball in bikini's might not be doable for the guys.
Questions: What do you eat before an event? Hydration? light meal big meal etc.....
Answer: Eat? What's that? Drink, yes. Eat, heck no. At least no big meals or carbs. Energy bars are ok, but anything to weigh you down, slows your game down. You can eat a big meal after the tourney, celebrate then, not before.
